Scoop balm. Warm the balm between your fingertips until it melts into an oil. Gently massage balm onto dry skin in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water, wipe off with a damp washcloth, or follow with your favorite cleanser. Pat skin dry. For eye makeup removal, apply to a closed eye.
