Where is your office located?
Nashville. We are located in the heart of the Nations neighborhood in west Nashville, right behind Frothy Monkey. You can find complimentary parking anywhere around our building, including nearby street parking.
Do you have financing options?
We do! We have partnered with Alle Payments and Cherry to offer our patients financing, as low as 0% APR based on approval. This is a great way to achieve your skin care goals through your custom treatment plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For Monday appointments, please cancel or reschedule by the Friday before. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged a $100 cancellation fee to the card on file.
Do my pre-purchased treatments packages expire?
They expire 1 year after date of purchase.
I have purchased a treatment that I’m no longer able to use, do you offer refunds?
There are no refunds on pre-purchased treatments, but we can use this purchase as a credit toward a different treatment or skincare products.

Who performs the treatments?
At Hi, Finch, your provider is one of our skilled nurse practitioners that have gone through extensive training, specializing in dermatology and aesthetic treatments.

What is VO2 testing and why do I need it?
The VO2 Max test is an indicator of overall cardiorespiratory fitness and has been shown to be a risk indicator of all-cause mortality. For example, by increasing your VO2 max from “low” to “above average” there is a 70% decrease in risk of health-related death.
Do you offer vaccinations?
No, but most vaccinations can be gotten for free at your local pharmacy!
Can I use my HSA for my membership?
Yes! This is the best way we think you can use your health savings account for - your future health! Plus, this money is tax free.
Do I still need insurance?
Yes! We will provide the highest quality health services for primary care, however this does not cover hospitalizations, specialty services, vaccinations, or complex exams. Therefore, it is vital that you still carry insurance to cover these and other potential costs.

What makes Hi, Finch products different?
The ingredients in Hi, Finch skincare products are pharmaceutical grade. This means the ingredients have gone through a validation process to ensure that they are the purest form of that product. Remember, the skin is the largest organ of the body so treat it right!
Can I put my skincare in the fridge?
Yes! We love to put our products in the fridge for that fresh, cooling sensation. Hi, Finch products are still safe and active at hot or cold temperatures, as they have been tested for stability, but it is not advised to store your products in hot temperatures (such as in your car).
What is your return policy?
Not satisfied with your product? You may return it within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you’ll get store credit. Email orders@hifinch.com with any questions you might have.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. If you live locally in Nashville, select local pickup.
How do I manage my skincare subscriptions?
You can manage any changes by logging in to your account.
How do I buy a gift card?
You can purchase a digital gift card here and the gift card will be emailed to the recipient.
How do I redeem a gift card?
Gift cards may be redeemed for your online skincare purchase, or you may put it toward a treatment at our clinic.
