What is concierge medicine?
Concierge medicine is a membership-based approach to primary care built around the patient, not the insurance system. While a traditional primary care physician may manage upwards of 3,000 patients, Dr. Kindred's panel is limited to 200 members — meaning more availability, more time, and a closer, more productive relationship between you and your provider.
What are the benefits of a Hi, Finch Health membership?
Members receive unlimited primary care and urgent care visits, a 90-minute annual executive physical with advanced metabolic, cardiorespiratory, and lab testing, direct access to Dr. Kindred by phone and text, same-day appointments, and exclusive discounts on aesthetic services and products at Hi, Finch.
How long are appointments?
Your annual executive physical is a dedicated 90-minute appointment — time to actually review your health, your labs, and your goals without watching the clock. Sick visits are a minimum of 30 minutes. No rushing, no waiting room marathons.
Do I still need health insurance?
Yes — and we'll be straightforward about that. Hi, Finch Health covers your primary care needs, but does not cover hospitalizations, specialty services, imaging, or vaccinations. We strongly recommend maintaining an insurance policy for those costs. Think of Hi, Finch Health as your first call — and we'll help you navigate everything else.
Is there a long-term contract?
Hi, Finch Health memberships are annual — membership fees are paid in full prior to your first appointment and are non-refundable. We're transparent about this because we believe in the value of the commitment, on both sides. When you're in, we're fully in with you.

Does Dr. Kindred become my primary care physician?
Yes, absolutely. Dr. Kindred will serve as your primary care physician and your advocate — managing your preventive and primary care needs, coordinating specialist referrals, and partnering with you on your long-term health goals.
