Coming fall 2025

Hi, Finch Health

Navigating our current healthcare system is often frustrating and exhausting. Finding the right provider, getting in to see the provider, trying to wade through all of the information and misinformation online about health and wellness has made for a bad experience both as a provider and certainly as a patient.

Our goal is to try and change that experience for both the patient and the provider. We aim to create a relationship where we work together as provider and patient, to optimize your health and wellness through evidence backed measures.

Medicine 3.0

In our current system that often gets referred to as medicine 2.0, problems are treated once they show up but how many issues could we prevent by starting to screen and treat earlier. All of us want to be healthy and active in our last decades of life - let’s start to plan for that NOW.

We want to learn your short and long-term health goals, going all the way in to old age, and then we will utilize the latest health and wellness information to create evidence-based care plans that are proven to make the biggest differences.

We plan to grow the Hi, Finch team to include healthcare providers that not only manage your preventative health needs, but your primary care needs, and together, we can create evidence-based care plans that incorporate modern medicine and supplementation, nutrition and sleep, hormone therapies, exercise testing, body composition scans, and comprehensive lab testing to not only help you live a long life, but an active and fulfilling one. We want to take our patients from having average health status, to optimal metabolic health status so we can help you prevent cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, and more.

Frequently asked questions

What is concierge medicine?

Concierge medicine is a way of offering personalized medical care to patients. Generally a primary care physician may be treating upwards of 3,000 patients, while Hi, Finch Health providers will only care for 200 patients. This means our providers have higher availability, and our patients receive more highly customized care, leading to a closer, more productive patient-provider relationship.

What is Medicine 3.0?

“Medicine 3.0” is a paradigm shift in healthcare focused on proactive, preventative, and personalized approaches to health and longevity, rather than the traditional reactive model of treating diseases after they occur.

In this framework, the goal is to delay the onset of chronic diseases, manage risk factors, and optimize health spans through early interventions, advanced diagnostics, and lifestyle modifications tailored to the individual. Medicine 3.0 leverages the latest scientific research and technology to focus on not just treating illness but also promoting overall well-being and longevity.

What is the difference between life span and health span?

“Life span” refers to the total number of years a person lives, while “health span” is the period during during which a person remains healthy and free from chronic diseases and debilitating conditions.

In other words, “life span” is about how long you will live, whereas “health span” is about how long you live WELL, without significant physical or cognitive decline.
