At Hi, Finch, our team consists of experienced nurse practitioners, who consider the whole patient by blending medical treatments and nursing theory.
Our nurse practitioners will become like personal trainers for your skin by focusing on your overall skin health. Your provider will create a customized care plan and skincare regimen to fit perfectly your lifestyle.
Kayli Krasnow, MSN, FNP-C
Founder & Nurse Practitioner
Kayli earned her BS in Biology from Centenary College of Louisiana, her BS in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. With experience in transplant immunology research, as an elementary school science teacher, a cardio-pulmonary ICU nurse, and a family nurse practitioner, Kayli melds her creativity, and love of education and medicine in her work as an aesthetic provider.
Kayli has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with experience treating patients of all ages, and found her true passion for helping others through aesthetics, where she melds her love of medicine with her creative sensibilities. As an avid learner, Kayli educates herself on guideline-directed medical care and the best approved treatments and technologies.
Kayli (and her husband Chad, who is also her business partner at Hi, Finch), are avid travelers and dog parents to their two black labs, Enzo and Sunny. They are both lifelong athletes, both having completed Ironman distance triathlons and an ultra-distance trail running race in North Carolina, and they are preparing for the Flying Monkey marathon in Nashville in November.

Lauren Thomas
Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Lauren relocated to Nashville in 2014. She joined Hi, Finch with over 8 years of operations and management experience. Lauren loves to cook, travel, and spend time with her husband, Patrick Thomas (a local musician), and their Australian Shepard, Annie! As office manager at Hi, Finch, she is responsible for the day to day management of the practice, along with marketing, communications, and overall client experience!

Finches are highly intelligent and colorful songbirds, and the use of them in our name comes from Darwin’s Theory of Evolution, which drives our goal as providers to leave our patients looking like the same person, only refreshed! We want friends and family (and the odd stranger) commenting about how you look so good, not wondering what you just had done!
